Vineet has spent 18 years in human resources - from plant-level HR at DCM Shriram's Mawana Foods, through expatriate HR work with Elnefeidi Group in the Middle East and Africa, to senior HR roles at Ascenso Tyres in Mumbai. Along the way he has owned talent acquisition, performance and rewards, L&D centres of excellence, HR business partnering, and more than one messy ERP / HRIS rollout.
He holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Delhi School of Economics (University of Delhi) and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics from Hindu College. In 2015 he earned both the SPHR-International and GPHR certifications from HRCI (USA). That mix - operations depth plus credentials - is what shaped AVN Solsys: software written for how HR and business leaders actually work, not for demo scripts.
Since founding AVN Solsys LLP in August 2021 (Gurugram), he has led the build of the company's HR technology stack end to end - including an applicant tracking system with resume parsing and scoring, digital offer workflows, skills assessment modules, and the broader HRM suite now live as AVN Solsys ERP. Earlier, he also co-founded uLiv EdHealth, a workplace wellness platform recognised under Startup India.
Industry exposure spans FMCG, manufacturing, automotive, transport, and logistics, across India, MENA, and APAC. The same principle that shaped HRM applies across the platform: solve the operating problem first, then scale with care.
